At Bird’s Basement, the flavour is Modern Italian: in the tradition of Italian rustic yet with a modern twist. Our ingredients are the freshest, sourced locally. Our Executive Chef Luigi Buono (ex head chef Caffé e Cucina) insists on produce to suit the seasons, and changes the menu regularly, combining flavours that are appropriate for each time of the year.
